RHODONITE, CALCITE

Group of tabular rhodonite crystals, with parallel growth, some doubly terminated, translucent in the external areas of the crystals and with a very uniform pink color. They are accompanied by calcite crystals as a matrix. Nowadays, finding rhodonite specimens from this Peruvian locality on the market is almost impossible.
