PYRITE, TETRAHEDRITE, QUARTZ, JAPAN LAW TWIN QUARTZ

A sizeable specimen composed of a matrix of hyaline quartz crystals, transparent to translucent, with well-developed prisms, some of them acicular, and showing several well-formed Japan-law twins. Resting on the quartz stand two dodecahedral pyrite crystals accompanied by tetrahedral crystals of tetrahedrite. A brilliant and fine piece.
