FLUORITE WITH “PYROBITUMEN” INCLUSIONS, DOLOMITE

In these specimens of fluorite we can observe cubic crystals with growths in tiles on the surfaces. They have an exceptional brilliance and excellent transparence. This allows us to visualize, in the crystal core, cubic forms with bituminous inclusions. Defined faces and edges, doubly beveled by tetrahexahedron forms. They have a blue color with zoning. They are accompanied by twinned dolomite crystal aggregates. It is very interesting observe under magnification the internal structures produced by these bituminous inclusions. The main crystal is: 1,5 x 1,2 x 1,1 cm. 0,59 x 0,47 x 0,43 Inc.
