FLUORAPATITE, TOPAZ, PYRITE

Few of these specimens of fluorapatite accompanied by topaz crystals have been seen from this Portuguese mine. In this specimen we can enjoy some fluorapatite crystals with parallel growths and very striated prismatic shapes. They present a very marked color zoning perpendicular to the main axis. They are accompanied by small topaz crystals, transparent, colorless, and well faceted.
