FLUORAPATITE, PYRITE

Very aesthetic specimen formed by some very elongated fluorapatite crystals, with a defined and striated hexagonal prism, parallel growths, and truncated by the faces of the basal pinacoid. They are colorless, transparent to translucent, brilliant and showing small pyrite crystals dotting the faces. Unusual specimen from this classic Portuguese town.
