FLUORAPATITE, QUARTZ, SIDERITE, PYRITE

On a group of quartz crystals in parallel growth, flattened and transparent, which are partially covered by a layer of siderite crystals sprinkled with pyrite, accompanied by several fluorapatite crystals with an exceptional brilliance. These apatite crystals show the prism with slightly striated faces, truncated by the pinacoid and by the hexagonal dipyramid. Transparence is very good and the colour is intense violet and shows some zoning. The main crystal is: 1,4 x 1,3 x 0,6 cm. 0,55 x 0,51 x 0,23 inc.
