SPHALERITE, DOLOMITE

Several aggregates of sphalerite crystals disposed on a dolomitic rocky matrix, complex but with visible tetrahedral shapes. The iron content makes them quite dark, but when illuminated, honey-colored internal reflections could be seen. They contrast with numerous rhombohedral dolomite crystals, with curved faces. A classic Spanish locality.
