AZURITE, MALACHITE

On a small rocky matrix you could see several parallel growths of azurite crystals. Some of them are terminated by pseudomorphic malachite that confers to the sample a special aesthetic shape. The back side is partially transformed in malachite. THE MAIN CRYSTAL IS: 4,2 cm.
