FLUORITE, CALCITE

Fluorite specimens from the Llamas quarry, in Asturias, are highly appreciated for their transparence and definition of faces. In this specimen we can see several fluorite crystals, one of them predominant with this exceptional transparence and superior brightness. Curiously, one of the facets of the main crystal has a slightly matte shine. They are arranged on a matrix with scalenohedral calcite crystals. Currently it is difficult to find specimens of this mine and less with this quality. The main crystal is: 1 x 0,8 x 0,7 cm. 0,39 x 0,32 x 0,28 Inc.
